How we use AI

A clear, plain-English version of how AI shows up across EntrepreneurBible — in content, in tools, and in the co-pilot.

Last updated: 2026-05-19

Does AI assist content production?

Yes, in three controlled ways:

  • Drafting — first drafts of long resources may be generated then heavily edited by humans.
  • Summarising — long-form content may be summarised by AI for previews or LLM crawler files.
  • Research compilation — competitor lookups, regulation overviews, benchmark gathering.

We do not publish AI-generated content without human editorial review. Where AI assistance is material to a piece (e.g. an AI co-pilot lesson), we say so.

Human editorial review

Every published resource, course module, and template is reviewed by a human editor before it goes live. AI may help; humans decide what ships and own the final claims.

AI limitations

  • Hallucinations on factual content (numbers, citations, legal references).
  • Voice drift — AI writing tends toward generic; we edit for specific.
  • Strategic homogenisation — when everyone uses the same model, advice converges.
  • Model output is probabilistic — the same prompt can produce different answers.

No professional advice

AI outputs on this site are not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. The AI co-pilot is a brainstorming partner and drafting tool — not a substitute for a qualified professional admitted in your jurisdiction.

No hidden unlimited free AI usage

A free public website should not silently rack up paid AI API calls. Our rules:

  • Free users do not trigger unlimited paid AI calls.
  • Calculators and tools listed under /tools are 100% deterministic — no API calls at all.
  • AI features that DO call paid APIs are clearly labelled, rate-limited, or premium.
  • Editorial AI usage stays inside our own budget; it doesn't surprise visitors.

User data privacy

The AI co-pilot only uses inputs you provide during a session. We don't pass your saved bookmarks, courses, or notes to a third-party model unless you explicitly ask the co-pilot to use them.

We don't sell prompts, conversations, or outputs to third parties. We don't train external models on your private content. See our privacy policy for the full data-handling picture.

AI co-pilot limitations

See the AI co-pilot page for the full list of what it does and doesn't do. Summary: drafts plans, summarises resources, suggests next steps. Does NOT replace lawyers, accountants, or your own judgment.

Model output reliability

Treat AI output as a draft, not as truth. Verify quantitative claims, citations, and any consequential advice with primary sources or a qualified human before acting on it.

AI crawler policy

For AI agents and crawlers, see ai.txt, llms.txt, and llms-full.txt. We allow retrieval and citation; we don't allow bulk training-data collection without an explicit licence.
