Terms of service

Last updated: May 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of entrepreneurbible.net (the service, the Bible). By creating an account, you accept them. They're written in plain English so you can actually read them.

1. The service

EntrepreneurBible is a content and community platform for founders. We provide resources, courses, a forum, an AI co-pilot, and a marketplace. The platform is provided as is. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes from using it.

2. Your account

  • You must be 16 or older to create an account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person. Don't share logins.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Acceptable use

What you may not do on the service:

  • Post content that's illegal, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone's rights.
  • Use the service to spam, phish, scrape, or otherwise abuse other users.
  • Bypass security or rate limits.
  • Resell, redistribute, or scrape the resources, courses, or forum content. Personal use only.
  • Impersonate another person or a real organisation.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations. We try to be reasonable; we'll usually warn first unless the violation is severe.

4. Your content

You own what you write on the forum, the notes you save, and any courses or resources you publish. By posting it on the Bible, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it on the platform. This licence ends when you delete the content.

Don't post anything you don't have the right to post. If you contribute as a Creator, you confirm that the materials are either your own or properly licensed.

5. Paid content

Some courses are paid. Prices are shown in the course detail page before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms apply. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, all sales are final once you've consumed more than a small fraction of the course content. If you're in the EU, your statutory withdrawal rights apply where required by law.

6. AI co-pilot

The AI co-pilot generates suggestions, drafts, and summaries. Its output is not professional advice. It can be wrong. Don't rely on it alone for legal, tax, medical, or other consequential decisions. Check important outputs against the source resources or a qualified human.

7. Intellectual property

The EntrepreneurBible name, logo, and the editorial content we produce are ours. The third-party resources we curate belong to their authors. You retain rights to anything you contribute, as described in section 4.

8. Termination

You can leave at any time by deleting your account. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, for legal reasons, or because we're shutting the service down — in which case we'll give you reasonable notice and the chance to export your data.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages. Where we are liable, the cap is the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (or €100, whichever is greater).

Nothing in these terms limits liability for things that can't legally be limited — fraud, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or your consumer rights under EU/UK law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, unless you're a consumer in another jurisdiction whose laws give you a different mandatory venue.

11. Changes

When we change these terms materially, we'll update the date at the top and email registered users 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use after that counts as acceptance.
